The Harding Company (THC) is a design/build firm with over 30 years of experience designing, building, restoring, and remodeling both residential and commercial structures in Ohio, New York, and Colorado.

As an architect (University of Pennsylvania, MA) and a builder, Mr. Harding is able to deliver projects on budget and on schedule. Utilizing 3D CAD software, THC provides clients with the ability to truly “see” and even “walk” through their plans….increasing client participation in the design process and eliminating surprises.

Having designed and built homes ranging from a rustic Adirondack retreat to a grand Tudor estate, THC has the demonstrated scope and experience to bring your project to life.
